The Data Protection Commission does not require a terms page. This one exists because the copy covers the Republic and Northern Ireland, and because booking is outbound — not a contract with us to hire a court.
What this site is
PlayPadel.ie is an independent Irish padel guide: a level test, drills, a researched venue directory, and related pages. It is not a booking engine, a club, or a league.
Booking
Any “Book” control leaves this site for Playtomic, MATCHi, Rallyd, Matchpoint, or a club URL. Those services have their own terms. We do not take reservations, payments, or cancellations.
Who publishes it
Published by Jorge Ferreira, a natural person. PlayPadel.ie is not a CRO-registered company and Jorge is not registered as a sole trader, so there is no company name, CRO number, or registered office to publish. No postal address is published. Contact: hello@playpadel.ie, or the form on /contact. If a limited company is later registered, Companies Act 2014 s.151 will require the company name, number and registered office on the site.
Accuracy
Venue and event facts can go stale. Confirm on the club, Playtomic, IPT or VOLA before you travel. The 60K+ player figure is an industry estimate, labelled as such.
