Pressure serving sets
Success target: Two completed sets of 10 with at most one fault each.
How to run it
- 01Serve sets of 10 with a called target for every ball.
- 02Rule: the second fault in a set wipes the whole set — start again at zero.
- 03Between sets, 30 seconds rest, exactly like a changeover.
- 04Log the result of every set; the log is the drill.
Why it works
Consequences turn technical practice into pressure practice — the serve you own at 5–5 is the one that was trained with something at stake.
