Serve plus one
Success target: Win the first exchange on 6 of 10 serves.
How to run it
- 01Play serve + return + one more shot, then stop the point.
- 02Server must follow the serve in and take the third ball as a volley.
- 03Score it: server wins if the first volley lands in play and past the service line.
- 0410 points, then swap.
Why it works
The serve-and-net-take is the single most repeated pattern in padel; grooving it as one unit beats practising the parts separately.
