Back-glass self-rally

Success target: 15 continuous glass-bounce-hit cycles without losing the ball.

How to run it

  1. 01Stand near the back of the court. Hit the ball into the back glass so it rebounds up and over you.
  2. 02Move, let it bounce, and play it back into the glass again.
  3. 03Keep a continuous rhythm: glass, bounce, hit, glass.
  4. 04Vary the height every few shots so the rebound keeps changing.
