Back-glass self-rally
Success target: 15 continuous glass-bounce-hit cycles without losing the ball.
How to run it
- 01Stand near the back of the court. Hit the ball into the back glass so it rebounds up and over you.
- 02Move, let it bounce, and play it back into the glass again.
- 03Keep a continuous rhythm: glass, bounce, hit, glass.
- 04Vary the height every few shots so the rebound keeps changing.
