Volley-to-volley exchange
Success target: 20 consecutive volleys without the ball touching the ground.
How to run it
- 01Both players at the net, three metres apart, one ball.
- 02Soft continuous volleys to each other's racket side — control, not winners.
- 03Keep the racket head up and the swing short: it's a push, not a hit.
- 04At 15 in a row, take one step back each and repeat.
Why it works
Volley reflexes are pure repetition — two minutes of volley-to-volley gives you more net touches than three full matches.
