The tiebreak gauntlet
Success target: 5 completed tiebreaks with the score pattern written down.
How to run it
- 01Skip the set — play only tiebreaks to 7, first serve rotated each breaker.
- 02Between breakers: 90 seconds rest, and each pair names one thing to change.
- 03Track your record and, more usefully, the score pattern (do you lose the first 3 points? blow leads?).
- 04Play 5 tiebreaks.
Why it works
Tiebreaks compress all of a match's pressure into ten minutes — five in one session is a month of clutch practice.
