Bandeja and recover

Success target: 7 of 10 bandejas land deep AND you touch the net line before the next feed.

How to run it

  1. 01Start at the net. Partner lobs over your backhand shoulder.
  2. 02Track back sideways, hit the bandeja from behind the service line, aiming deep to the fence-side corner.
  3. 03Immediately recover forward and touch the net line with your racket.
  4. 0410 lobs, then swap.

Why it works

The bandeja isn't a winner — it's the shot that lets you keep the net. The recovery step is the actual point of the drill.
