Wall rally (any wall, no court)

Success target: 20 hits in a row at waist height without losing control.

How to run it

  1. 01Find any flat wall — garage, gym, handball alley. Stand 3–4 metres back.
  2. 02Feed yourself and hit soft forehands so the ball comes back at waist height.
  3. 03Once forehands feel steady, alternate forehand and backhand every shot.
  4. 04Reset the count every time the ball gets away from you.

Why it works

Contact point and a short swing are 80% of early padel — a wall gives you ten times more balls per minute than a match does.
