Wall rally (any wall, no court)
Success target: 20 hits in a row at waist height without losing control.
How to run it
- 01Find any flat wall — garage, gym, handball alley. Stand 3–4 metres back.
- 02Feed yourself and hit soft forehands so the ball comes back at waist height.
- 03Once forehands feel steady, alternate forehand and backhand every shot.
- 04Reset the count every time the ball gets away from you.
Why it works
Contact point and a short swing are 80% of early padel — a wall gives you ten times more balls per minute than a match does.
